Our mortgage brokering services in most cases are free of charge to the client. Under most lending situations there is no fee to the client for our service. In instances, where a fee may be involved (for example in mortgage default situation, or a commercial mortgage) you will be informed prior to the mortgage being arranged and will have every opportunity if considered necessary by the borrower to consult with a legal expert prior to entering the mortgage agreement. In many instances involving a private mortgage, legal third party consultation is a funding condition.
