Hello. Welcome to my blog. I’m Ray a Toronto Mortgage Broker, well more specifically I’m the President of Hero Mortgage. I started this blog to provide a real time outlet to comment on all things real estate, including (but not limited to) commenting on emerging trends in the market, the financing of real estate, and the uses of real estate as a financial management tool. RAY’S BACKGROUND: Ray graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.A. in Accounting, and a MBA from the Schulich School of Business (York University) in Finance and Marketing. He is the president of Hero Mortgage Services Inc. (www.HeroMortgage.ca), an independent mortgage broker that serves people from every walk of life across Toronto/GTA and Southern Ontario.
